got an invite to try out this 'strategy'...in finding deals that include abandoned houses from Sean Flanagan.  Anyone try their program?  Any thoughts.  I am an experienced investor, but need to get more leads coming in to keep the pipeline full, so i'm always looking for new and hopefully simple ways to find those new deals!

My opinion of finding the owner of any abandoned house. Knock on the next door neighbor and ask them if they happen to know the owner of the abandoned property because you're interested in buying that property and give that person something in return if they provide you with the owner info. I'm 90% they give you the owner's direct phone number. #keepitsimple

    Hi!

Has anyone found success with the PRE-VACANT HOUSE GOLDMINE course? Its 97$ now. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. I was going to buy the course,  but wanted to check out if its worth it.

    Thank you in advance

Hey guys, I'm a local investor out of New Haven County CT, I got bit by the bug last year through indirect conversation and have been at it since. I've bought a few of these programs myself and most are repetitive, some are just garbage, few are good. For $97 and 30 day $ back guarantee, I'm going for it, I'll come back with some feedback next week.

@Bobby Clemons. Your offer is better than mine can you buy one for me too!?  Just kidding  if you did buy it let me know I just got the same offer but for $97. I better hurry though it's only a 30 day guarantee and they're going to take the video down right after I watch it and it will never be offered that cheap again! ( for the skeptical and sarcasm impaired.. that was skepticism And sarcasm wrapped together!!) oh wait did they say that a year ago too? I'm starting to feel so lied to!...

BUT seriously.... if you did get it... or have gotten it.... I'd be curious to know what the deal was. ( as I'm sure many other people here would)

Anyone who purchased the Abandoned House Secret program care to share their results.  I have not seen any such info on outcome of purchase.

    Hello Howard.

In response to your questions...I never did buy the Pre-vacant house goldmine program. I heard/read that the stuff they teach, I pretty much already knew.

I’m taking the silence of a review as “shame for wasting money” on a worthless coarse.

Just got an e-mail from someone pitching some kind of training in how to find owners of abandon houses.  These Bigger Pockets inquiries are over a year old.  Has anyone tried the service that could comment on it in more detail?

Is there anyone who can give a true assessment of this program?

I keep receiving emails to buy the Abandoned House Secrets program. Looking through this thread and the lack of reviews, I just cant bring myself to pay for this whether $97 or $49.

For those still trying to find out how to get the system for $49, once you get through half of the video, a square will come up at the bottom to add the system in your cart. Once you click it and try to exit the page, another page will come up telling you to not miss out, now pay $49.

@Dawn A. You would think that there would be some feedback by now. I'm going to take the lack of comments as a not so good system.
