I recently learned about the Short Sales Step-by-Step home study course by Phil Pustejovsky through a webinar. While it sounds very interesting, it's definitely not inexpensive, so I would first like to find out if anyone on this forum has taken the course. And if so, what is your assessment of it?

He's a little late this year. Usually Pustejovsky Phil's cronies come out of their holes more towards February. If they don't see their shadow they know it's free to roam about bigger pockets, but if they do they know they have to hide for 6 more weeks before pretending to present an unbiased review.
