Has anyone taken the short sales home study course by Phil Pustejovsky?
I recently learned about the Short Sales Step-by-Step home study course by Phil Pustejovsky through a webinar. While it sounds very interesting, it's definitely not inexpensive, so I would first like to find out if anyone on this forum has taken the course. And if so, what is your assessment of it?
