10K Club Jerry Norton - Who's in?

6yYou may be right James, then again you would have a hard time convincing Asser...since the program reimbursed him his initial investment of $1,000 and then paid him $10,000 for the lead! So, even if he doesn't ever do another deal...he is still up $10,000! Not sure of very many places you can get that kind of return on a $1,000 investment.
So, let's see...initial output of $1,000 ROI of $11,000...isn't that 1,000%?! So, now the software and access to him and his team is free for him to wash, rinse and repeat! Now, don't get me wrong...I hear exactly what you are saying but then again isn't that really just to weed those that just want another course to sit on their shelf and point to and say...that doesn't work? I think there is even a contingency in place for those whom submit deals that DO NOT get accepted for 3 months in a row. They too get their money back and still get access to everything for 12 months and Mr. Norton's team working with them to get a deal done.
My question, is why steal someone's dream? Even if you were right for 90% of those out there? Of course it isn't going to work for everyone...then again, I also have many friends with degree's that cost them 6 digits that cannot get a job in their field! Does that mean that education doesn't work too and is a bigger scam that what you are making this out to be?

@Randall Gonzalez I just now watched the Jerry Norton 10k webinar talking about it. Sounds worth it for the programs to use for my own deals but not sure if it works as well as it says. I've got a good amount of deals I could probably send him to get the 10k each, assuming they fit his criteria, they don't fit mine. But it would be nice to have access to the software and a place to basically wholesale the ones you don't want for yourself. I would probably take the risk at $500, but $1k feels more of a ripoff like most guru programs.

don't waste your time if they don't meet your criteria there is ZERO chance they will meet this guys.. remember they make their money with you folks dreaming of making money and paying for the dream.. its genius really.. most bird dogs work for locals on a performance basis and don't have to pay the investor to bring them deals.. LOL.. why would anyone pay these people to show them deals.. pretty lame really once you understand how real estate works.

Has anyone actually made money with this? It has a 90-day guarantee... seems worth a try with that in place.

Everyone in here seems to keep asking for someone that has done it, here is a video of someone that did get the check! Now, if you listen carefully you will find that he too found some of the same things that others mentioned...no deals in Austin, prices were too high...but then he adjusted his approach and nailed it! Great job Asser! Also, if you listen to Jerry, he mentions that it almost didn't go through becase of some flood zone issues...so, would that mean he was scamming Asser, if he had said no? Hope this helps someone! If nothing else, maybe this will bring some balance to this thread, and no I do not work for Jerry nor have I invested in the program.

Save your money. It is more a scam than anything else. You are paying 1k to have him as a potential buyer. The programs he brags about are no more than searching Zillow and Craig's list for key words. If anything just buy motivating buyer lists or VA until you build your own buyers list. AGAIN DONT BUY IT

Wow..... Is that where I went wrong? because I was paying my bird-dogs vs having them pay me and just promise how someday, maybe just maybe they will bring the grand-slam of a deal and then I will be paying them oh-so much $$$$$
Seriously, from those buying into this I gotta understand how your mind works, no insult meant, I am genuinely intrigued and baffled because if it's a good deal you can go to any number of investors and get $, not a one will charge you for the opportunity to present them deal.
Hell, if all it takes is offering out some software, i think i gotta call IT in India and get ball rolling, people paying me for chance to send me deals, LMAO, that is a new Pet Rock for sure.

So I am getting ready to buy into Jerry Norton’s 10k Club. I read the fine print and found that the 90 day guarantee and how to get the $1,000 invested back involves actually sending him 2 qualifying deals. Then and only then will he refund the $1,000 invested. I find value in the 10k Club because it gives us lifetime access (without Subscription of $97/mo) to his tools for finding deals! Also the tools can be used to find and close your own deals! So we don’t have to send all or any of the deals to him. I plan to use the 10k Club to make money by being a bird dog for times when I don’t want to go deep into the process to make a profit. But I do plan on transitioning into working the wholesale process from start to finish myself as that’s the road to making more than the $10k he offers.

My question about the 10K club is why do we need 40+ ways to find deals when he states that his system does it for us? I understand we have to work the numbers just wondering why we have to also go find the deals when they should be available with the software. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter

I paid for 10k program and paying 97.00 per month for addl info needed to be more successful. I have yet to get a response as to how to proceed. I'm frustrated and pulling the plug if I don't get an answer ASAP. My emails are going in circles and un answered.

Just participated in their webinar, which wasn't live, but just a video
at the end when he was showing testimony, he said that guy make a first deal with paying EARNEST Money DEPOSIT with his OWN money!!!
So you need to risk paying 1000$ and then you pay like 5000$ or more earnest money deposit with your OWN MONEY.
if Jery doesn't accept your deal then you loose your 5K
