Is anyone using social media to promote their short term rentals?

I recently closed on a short term vacation rental property. My wife and I have create an Instagram and Facebook account to try and promote it. I was curious how other people are using social media to market their properties.

Thanks @Joshua Janus, so far it’s only attracted a few of our friends and family. Hopefully after we paint and change a couple things we can put up some new photos and attract some new followers.

I do not market STR but those both sound like great avenues to market your property! That is where the attention currently is and that's where your tenants are at.
