I use video in my advertising for rentals. Videos say a few 1000 more words than still pics. Video gives people a much better feel for overall size of rooms & house. I found that using a video cuts down on the amount of, "oh this house is so small" & wasting time showing to people you can't please. Mine are un-narrated and simple, but I like your more professional version better, I think I'll try that next time.

Thanks for the positive words @George C. about the video! Do you have some examples of your videos? I've seen what Realtors are doing but I'm curious to see if Real Estate Investors are looking at video for their business in a different way.

That looks just like my rental unit! haha. Very professional, nice work. I have not begun to use video but I think a short video tour would work really well for a really clean rental that you want to show off.

I use video in my RE biz to showcase rehab projects both for the intent of showing to potential investors as well as to make a record of my rehab projects. I don't do it for all, but I do for all the large projects. You can view some of them on my website if you wish.

@Will Barnard that's a good idea. I think that we often forget about using video to document and we typically think about it as a marketing tool alone.

I have been thinking about adding videos to my site. How do I even start? I have very good pictures, but don't even know how to start with the video part of it.

Vey impressive videos. I would think this would be a natural transition for you. It seems no matter where you look everyone is promoting video for social net working. You're high quality presentations and picture quality is impressive. One question why not mention price? In my area we mention price in order to qualify the prospect, I notice in other areas, it is avoided. Just a question not a negative comment.

@John Moore I've done a lot of Real Estate videos and my clients have never asked to put prices in the video. That might be an effective strategy though. I'll bring that up next time we do one.

I do not understand why all homes over 3M do not have a professional video. The margins are so big, it just seems worth it. Isn't it a tax write off as well? We shoot projects internationally for homes ranging from 1M to 50M, and our clients seem to keep coming back for them.
