Places to market owner finance properties.

So I’m needing some input. From time to time we sell property with owner finance.

In the past we used craigslist and Facebook marketplace. Are there other places we can list the properties for sale? Also, whereas we are in the San Antonio Texas area, we have a property closer to Corpus Christi that we are getting ready to sell with owner financing. How would we go about getting the property listed in the Corpus Christi marketplace Whereas Facebook already has us located for San Antonio?

I've sold tons of seller-financed homes, plexes and commercial multis on CL and Zillow.

I also sell to current or former tenants.

Note in the ad that buyers agents or any buyer rep need to be comped by the buyer.

If you see some of the responses in this thread some of the realtors that are speaking up act like they would be offended for 2% commission on a transaction that’s a sure thing. I have had agents bring me an offer before on owner finance transactions and the commission would’ve been more than the buyers down payment. Lol.

I have had buyers before flake out and give me a house back. The over all sale price is what most agents are trained to demand a percentage of. They don’t seem to get the idea that their buyer is only giving a small down payment and not bringing enough to make a big difference in the sellers overall financial picture.
I’ve had one agent that’s probably sold 20 of my properties by way of owner financing in the last 7 years. he understood how we did the paperwork, the insurance etc. The challenge started becoming when He would have to up the down payment to justify his fee to the point where properties were not selling as fast as they should. I was doing better by lowering the down payment and selling them myself at that point. I tried to have a conversation to say “look I’ll take less of a down payment if you’ll take less commission and let’s do more volume together”, but he would hear none of it. So I started selling them myself, mostly.
