Anyone in the group using yardi voyager (or another version of yardi) or mri software ?

If so looking for opinions on software, which ones you vetted and why you chose one over the other

    I love using Yardi Voyager 7S. It is the industry standard at least in NYC.

    I am only looking at it at as Accountant perspective. I've used Yardi since 2010 from Enterprise to Voyager to Genesis2. It is has the best accounting and reporting purposes that I can think of. Everyone says Yardi has a slight learning curve, but I personally think it is a bit user-friendly. That's my opinion.

    Another good one is AppFolio, but this is very costly. I am currently using AppFolio at my current job as a CFO so it is definitely robust.

    I've used MRI for a short period of time so I can't say much. Did you reach out to them for a demo?
