There is a tool called Invelo, listed as a pro member perk. Any have experience using this tool?

 Aloha Dylan,  for the $9.99 price tag,  I tried it out. The BP Pro version does not get you very far:

  • 250 property records
  • Unlimited contacts
  • 1 team member
  • List builder access
  • Unlimited lists & tags
  • Inbox and tasks
  • Lead intake form

If you are just beginning, its a good tool to use to get you started. However, as a seasoned REI, you'll need to be at the higher levels to make it worth it - which means higher costs. If you are a BP Pro, for the price of a cup of coffee, you can try it out for 3 years. Since other packages have free trials like PropStream and PropertyRadar, I would do a bakeoff. I run Invelo, DealMachine, ProPstream, PropertyRadar and FollowupBoss. If you want to see my set, please DM me and we can jump on a ZOOM call. Mahalo!
