What I’ve noticed about lead follow-up using GoHighLevel

One thing I’ve noticed working with real estate agents using GoHighLevel:

Most don’t have a lead problem… they have a follow-up problem. Leads come in, there’s initial interest, but without consistent follow-up over the next few days, conversations just fade.

In many cases, agents rely fully on manual outreach, which works at first, but becomes hard to maintain as volume increases.

On the other hand, poorly set up automation can feel robotic and hurt engagement.

The best results I’ve seen come from combining both, keeping the human touch, but ensuring no lead gets missed.

Curious how others here are handling follow-up, especially when things get busy?
