What tools are you using for after-hours lead capture and follow-up?

Hey everyone,

When inquiries come in overnight or on weekends, what's your setup? AI tools, chatbots, voicemail, something else?

I'm just curious about a few things:

1. What's everyone actually doing right now?

2. What solutions exist and which ones are people using?

3. Is there anything that handles the full flow, taking the inquiry, qualifying the lead, booking the appointment, and having a summary ready the next morning?

4. What are the real pain points with the current options?

Great questions, showingtime has a low-cost 24/7 800# to collect inquiry questions, caller contact information, and criteria. They do not schedule appointments or convert leads.

For the full flow, I'm sure there are AI workflows to qualify leads, book appointments, etc. 

Other solutions include having an after-hours ISA to field calls. Depending on target audience, advertising workflow, etc., you may have relatively low call volume after hours.
