Zillow Chrome extension Rental Cashflow Calculator?
Anyone a paid user of the cashflowexpert.io chrome extension? are the calculations accurate? I used up their free trial and I was really impressed with how they pre-fill all the info you need to calculate cash flow. They even prefill the rental estimate, it seems like they are grabbing it from Zillow's rental estimate value. Any other app recommendations that are similar would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
