NO this s not the way to do it. This is exactly what people do on FB total waste of time 99.9999% are full of baloney . Find a deal ,post it , and the money will find you. Do you know how to analyze a deal ? Arv, reno etc? Go to the local RE meetings and connect with those doing deals

Good job, HANDS ON experience is the way to go. The most important thing I can tell you, KNOW YOUR NUMBERS, nothing else matters, NOT location location location, thats what all rookies say. Its price price price ( to a point you do not want to be in a war zone, ) price. But then again, people do live in " war zones"
