Burn House-Need to get out fire smell

I'm doing a BRRRR that was burned in a fire. Garage was bad, but we replaced the bracing, roof, etc. The rest of the home wasn't really bad. However even after the renovations I'm still smelling the smoke smell. We have cleaned duct work, etc. What are some remedies to get the smoke smell out other than an ozone machine?

The few I have done, we coated the studs with Kiltz. I never tried to save the duct work though, all have needed new HVAC with duct.

Have you done one where you didn't replace all the drywall?

I’ve had great luck with an ozone machine. Super cheap and no labor. Did it not work for you?
