Looking for opinions on appliances!

Any preferences you guys have for rental properties and absolute steer-clear appliances?

Looking for recommendations on gas vs. electric vs coils range.

Fridge w/ water&ice maker vs without

Fume hood built into microwave vs hood that vents to the outside.

Left/right fridge or top/bottom fridge?

Let me know what you guys like and put in your rentals!

Thanks!
