Hey guys in Louisville, KY or Lexington, KY area!
Do you have any recommendations for a real estate agent that works with investors? Since I am out of state, I am going to be needing some help purchasing a buy-and-hold property in "rentally" strong neighborhoods.
I would recommend Mya Neubauer at Weichert--ABG Realtors! She is a Bigger Pockets member and a member of our local REIA. She is very motivated, works with several other investors in the area, has an understanding of investment property analysis, and is willing to go the extra distance to find great deals not listed on the MLS! I would highly recommend you look her up! I am a dentist here in Louisville getting into real estate investment and Mya has helped me tremendously!
