Looking to work with Real Estate Agent or Broker in Riverside County area

My husband and I are looking for a Real estate agent and/or broker to work with in the Riverside County area.  We have been making offers on homes that we would like to Fix and Sell.  We would really like to work with someone who understands the market and understands investing.

    Hi @Alisa Markwith ,

    My wife and I are relatively smaller investors, but must be just down the street from you! 

    We're looking to pick up our first "real" rehab property in the Inland Empire as well. We've got a few rental properties higher up in the desert. 

    We are also looking to build a good team here in the IE. Heck, maybe we can partner on a deal in the future...

    How are you liking your investments in the high desert?  Do you think it is still worth looking up there for cash flow deals or are those days over?
