Hi everyone!!
I am a new investor in Triangle/Triad area (North Carolina) and I am trying to put my team together. I am in need of investor friendly contractor, realtor, title company, inspector, appraiser, property manager, insurance broker and local real estate attorney.

Adding you all to my list, I'm an investor as well, I started in Charlotte and am now investing from Wilmington to Asheville. If You need anything this way I will be happy to share my resources...Wink Wink!
I have been investing in Winston-Salem, NC for the past 5 years & would be happy to introduce you to some folks in the Triad. I am also on the board of the Triad REIA, so anytime you would like to visit, you can be my guest. We will have lunch meetings here in Winston on the next 2 Thursdays.
My attorney is also on the Triad REIA board & will be a phenomenal resource as you get started. He understands NC real estate law & is incredible at creative deal structuring. He attends the GSO lunch meeting which will be held on the next 2 Tuesdays there in GSO.

Thanks Mike Ollison - I was just there at the end of August. Will be heading back there right after Christmas. I have much to explore and learn. But that Clayton Steakhouse was gooooood.
Good to connect with an appraiser in the area. I have a rental here in CA, and we're getting a 2nd opinion on its appraisal, which came in lower than a comp.
