Hello Everyone,
I'm Anton, a recently retired public safety employee in the northern Virginia area and I would like to learn more about Out of state, Buy and hold investing. They say that the best way to learn something is by surrounding yourself with people who are skilled in that area, so I was looking to see if there were any groups in the area who meet on this topic. I live on the 95 corridor so I can meet just about anywhere.

It makes sense to not invest in Woodbridge only. I work with foreign investors and have boots on the ground in investor friendly areas. For you they are within 2 hours. Is this what you are looking for?

I'd love to attend also. I'll be there at 7:00. Just to be sure everyone is on the same page, this is the one at the intersection of Old Bridge Rd and Prince William Pkwy near Chinn Park.

Hello Everyone!! I hope @Carlos Zapata and @Eddy Dumire enjoyed networking. I am interested in meeting up on the 9th of November.
If anyone is interested, a few of us will be meeting at 6:30 pm on Wednesday Oct 25th at Wegmans in Woodbridge, VA located at 14801 Dining Way, Woodbridge, VA 22191 (second floor). We have moved our location from the Panera (but may be joining Carlos on the 9th Nov).
For consistency and input from attendees; will hold these meetings every month!! They will be on the last Wednesday every month. We would love for everyone to come out and meet like minded Northern Virginia investors. Bring business cards and good conversation.
