Several members told me there were local forums that I could check out. I am new here so maybe I am missing something obvious but I can't seem to find any local forums for Harrisburg or Reading Pa areas in search or anywhere else. Maybe I need a Pro membership? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

@William Warner
There’s a Pennsylvania forum but not a Harrisburg specific forum that I know of.

Thanks @Kyle M., I found the Allentown, Germantown and Delaware county discussions but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing more localized information. I checked out your website and you provide much great information and I like your story, very inspirational to me!

Hello William. One suggestion is to set up a keyword alert for “Harrisburg” and “Reading” and any forum post that contains those words will be highlighted for you in the keyword alerts section.

Thanks @Travis Wylie , I do have some keywords set up but not specific to locations so I will have to do some tweaking.

I think @Chad Gallagher may have meetups there.

@Kyle M. - real life rentals page is awesome! Thanks for the insight. Was it difficult to put this together? Also I think you mentioned but wanted to ask whether most of you properties are A/B class neighborhoods?
Reason I am asking is that I wanted to share this with a buddy of mine. He is in C class hoods though. Curious to see a comparison, while people run from those areas - the numbers work assuming proper due diligence is conducted.

Thanks and glad you like it. Yes, it was difficult to put together! I had no idea building a website could be so tough, but then again my industrial engineering background did not help me much there.
I have 2 that I consider B class properties and 3 that I consider A class. But I think B and high C are where it’s at...much better cash flow, especially in multi families.
I am working on two more BRRRR's now that are in a solid B class neighborhood and they should cash flow very well. No more A class rentals for me...I have learned my lesson!

Yes -- we do have a meetup in Harrisburg. There's a separate meetup in Reading -- we dont run it, but it's a good one. Other ones are in Pottstown, Lancaster, and Lebanon. Ping me if you need details to any of those. We do find a TON of value in the local meetup for both real-life education and also networking.
