I am looking for local contacts in Lexington. I have a realtor that I bought my primary residence with but other than that I am in need of everyone else involved in the process.(Closing attorneys, contractors, other investors or realtors with knowledge of the best and worst neighborhoods for long term rentals, property management references,etc.)

    @Caleb Clay welcome to REI and the BP community! I would keep in mind that most real estate agents are not knowledgeable enough to properly advise you on an investment property purchase. This may or not be the case with your agent but most work in the SFH first time home buyer segment. Thinking from a REI perspective is very different. If you are looking to expand your network you should attend your local REIA meeting and ask for their recommendations. Link below. Questionnaire needed for acceptance.
