Has any bought county auction property in Westchester, NY?

Question

Has anyone bid on/bought property at the White Plains courthouse in Westchester County? I'm looking for any info on deposit/terms of sale, as well as the actual location of the property auctions.

In ROC NY I check the "NY daily record" (The Dolan Company) for listing of foreclosure addresses. You need to do due diligence via the county clerk to establish what position is foreclosing and if the IRS has a lien. In PA it is handled by the Sheriff, but in NY it is a referee at the courthouse. I believe the bank is forced to publish notice of foreclosure, but it changes so frequently, and you want to be able to check a comprehensive list rather than filtering individual public notices.

I would start with a competent RE attorney in the area and ask them what resource investors / brokers use to locate foreclosures.
