I am new to BP and am in the processing of creating a LLC. I would like some recommendations on RE lawyers in the central Texas area. I know they have other options like LegalZoom however, I’d rather be safe than sorry. Thanks in advance.

Don't overspend on an LLC. My LLCs n Arizona run around $600 including the Operating Agreement and all registration fees. However, you might not even need an LLC yet. Check into umbrella insurance first, and that might protect you better for less.

What type of investment are you interested in? Will you have any partners?
Military veteran RE lawyer (no specialty - it's a Bar thing) - here.
Basic LLC formation is a flat rate, but will need to discuss if that's the right approach. If you've never done a deal before, I usually suggest new investors go do at least 1 first, to make sure this is something you want to do because spending money on forming an LLC then letting it go dormant and then administratively shut down is a waste.

Thanks for replying. I just got my offer accepted and am purchasing a investment property on NC. I would love to see what’s available and get some advise on the way ahead with the LLC
