Good evening I'm new to real estate in Allentown pa. I'm looking to meet local investors in the area to discuss the local market. I don't expect free knowledge and am willing to discuss bartering services. I work full time in IT and maybe able to assist in that area. Since the BP community has always seemed so helpful I figured I would try my luck. Thanks for the read and hope to hear from you.

agree that the meetup run by @Justin Brown is very good in terms of learning, and it’s free! There is another meetup run by Garrett Rhodes that’s pretty good too.

@Joe C currently I just want to discuss the market/buyer trends in the area. And any knowledge that can be shared regarding any lessons learned along that way that a mentor deems important. I really just want to learn whatever I can in short.

Hi Anthony, New Tripoli Bank and Univest are two I use. Good idea to put together a Personal Financial statement and an intro letter to introduce yourself. Also, have the the property analysis for your project ready for them. i use the BP tools
