I am looking to make connections in Western and Central NY real estate markets, focused mostly in Buffalo and Syracuse NY. I am interested in house hacking my first property and learning from others in the area. I would be very interested in walking a property in Buffalo, NY.
Best of luck to you Alex! It’s a very tight market, as I’m sure you know. I’ve been actively looking for over a year, and am constantly over bid or beat out by cash buyers in Buffalo. Let’s hope this winter brings us some motivated sellers!

@Christine McBride thanks Christine it has been very competitive out in Buffalo, I've put off my search until I can qualify for an FHA loan since to get some low money down and use some OPM! I would love to gain some experience if you need help looking at some properties in the area.

@Alex Leana only have had it for 2 months... Looked on market for about 2 months, closed in 2 months as well. Found tenant in 2 weeks, but was screening pretty tough. Couldve taken some risk on some ppl a couple days in.
