Just found this site and thread. My wife and I are relatively new to Fort Collins (a year and a half) and have been investing here since our arrival (buy and hold). We currently focus exclusively on Fort Collins, but hope to expand our horizons to Loveland and other areas.
Have you guys put anything together yet? I'd be interetsed in meeting up to chew the fat, discuss leads, etc.
I think the Northern Colorado REI group is meeting this week coming. Don't have details on me now, but if intereted post and I will endeavor to get details.
Oh, and I'm looking for an accountant if anyone has a good referral.

Hi Frank,
I'm not too far away from you. I'm just getting back into real estate but I've lived here all my life, for what that's worth. I do have some investing experience but it's rather dated! I've been spending the last few months just trying to get back up to speed on the real estate market, credit markets, choosing a focus, relearning all that stuff I've forgotten, etc.
I've been looking forward to meeting you and Jon and Joshua (and everyone else who're local), but the school activities are coming fast and furious (I have kids in school) and it's been really hard to get away. School's out in two weeks and that will help immensely.
Anyway, enough of my life story. I'd be glad to talk with you and hopefully we'll get a chance to meet IRL.
I'm looking for a good group as well. There seems to be a couple out there but I haven't attended one since I've been in Fort Collins yet. Can anyone recommend a good one? I'm planning to give a couple of them a shot when able. Also, if anyone is interested in getting together outside of one of the existing groups feel free to send me a message. I would also love to meet like minded people in the Fort Collins area!
