Newbie Meetup - North East Tarrant County TX (Keller, TX)

    I'm new to the area.  Just moved to far north Fort Worth in late February.  Looking to expanding my network and meet like minded people.  Financing has been established.  Looking for 3/2 single family homes in B neighborhoods.

    It will be hard for me.  I currently have an hour drive each way for work until July, then I will have a 15 min drive.  I'm open to other ways of connecting.

    @Kyle Mccaw are you still looking to get this started or has anything happened?

    I am looking to get started in the next 12 months but til that time I have been actively analyzing and working with an agent to kind of learn the market for rentals. Also looking to drive some neighborhoods to see if I can find some distressed properties just to get an eye on things. Would love the idea to bounce ideas off other locals or if I could provide some value with my skill set.
