Investment Info:

Single-family residence private money loan investment in Lake Mary.

I have multiple new construction projects in Houston.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I would like to start converting 50% of our built stock to a rental portfolio.

Hi Jim, I'm retaining all existing stock and everything under construction. Total 42.

Hey @Wayne Smith, welcome to the BP Forum! So you're converting this to a BTR concept, is that right? Do you have any tenants in the existing stock yet?
