Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Middlefield.

Purchase price: $335,000

Purchased a three bed two bath single-family home in North Las Vegas, Nevada paid under asking price.

      I went ahead and Purchased cash. It Seemed like the right thing to do at the time. I'm looking into a HELOC soon with the same property to pay for my current mortgage and help finance my next rental property. Currently doing my due diligence on that.
