or wait for some years until the price drop?

Are you so sure about that @Rome Xu ?  There are quite a few Bay Area investors doing really well.  The numbers scare me but you know @Arlen Chou @J. Martin @Armin are all making money in the bay area.  Come out and meet up with us at either a San Jose, Oakland, or San Francisco meetup!
