Atlanta Investor Needs Information on Kansas City Area

Hello,

I am looking for someone in the Kansas City, MO area to give me some information about an area (Investor, Real Estate Agent, Broker, Wholesaler, etc...). My friend has a grandmother who has a property in the East Community Team North area (64127). The property has significant damage due to fire (it is uninhabitable). I am wanting to know information about the area overall. Is the area it up & coming? Good for renting? Should she hear out any offers for it? Let me know if anyone in the Kansas City, MO area has any insight.
