a couple of months ago I sent what I thought was a deal to Brandon turner. turns out it wasn't at all and he let me know (I was crushed). so i've searched high and low and found this one! What does everyone think?

$52,500 my payment is 375.00 - 30 year. (T&I included) down payment 11,000

Single Family home - 4 bed 1 bath 1000 sq ft

Should rent for $900

Needs NO repairs

Near Highway and lots of amenities.
