This is the future.
Eventually, a self-driving truck will deliver the the printer to the exact position. It will build the home and communicate back to the builder various status updates, issues, and anything else it might need.
When the home is done, the self-driving truck will come pick it up.
The fun thing to think about is that all of this technology is already available.

Not only will this technology revolutionize the building industry but with other materials it will be capable of building body parts to help doctors/ patients replace defective or worn out ones.
Pretty much every industry has been disrupted by technology, with the exception of residential real estate.
Commercial retail was disrupted by eBay and driverless cars will continue that. Working from home is disrupting corporate real estate. This will disrupt residential real estate.
