Well, if you're referencing House Bill 797 on Wholesaling - that remains to be seen. However, I've long wondered why wholesalers don't just get licensed? Some of the bigger wholesalers dominating here are licensed.

Hey Myro! I am a local agent in Fayetteville as well as an investor and property manager. So far I have not seen much of a change - or at least it hasn't changed the way I do business. The laws that I am most excited about changing is our squatter laws for NC. This would make a big difference as cops would be able to remove them easier and press charges, plus it makes fake leases easier to toss out. I have run into a few squatters each year - whether they were professional squatters with fake leases or just people trying to find a warm place to sleep. It can cause quite a headache for home owners, property managers, and agents. Fingers crossed this reduces squatter problems in Fayetteville.
