Hi I am newer to Chattanooga and investing I have purchased a home to renovate and turn into a rental but would love to make some connections out here with people who are interested in the same things. So if you are in Chattanooga or interested in investing out here maybe we can brainstorm ideas.

That would be great. I would love to be able talk about some thoughts I have out here. I have a property I am getting ready to rent out in the next few months but trying to figure out some of the logistics.
Do you go to that group that Heath was talking about?
My family and I just moved to Chat this fall and are looking at SFR and SF flips. We're still getting our feet under us at the moment but are happy to connect.

I’m in the process of deciding on a move to Chattanooga and would love to meet up with any of the folks that are responding.
I’m in the Houston, TX area now, but would be moving in the February/March 2021 timeframe.
I’d like to arrange a visit to the area and meet with anyone that would be willing to do so in order to get better information on neighborhoods and area that would be appropriate for flipping.

@Jessica Lombardo I do a lot of BRRRR deals In Chattanooga and I'm pretty well Connected to that market, since I invest there personally but it's also one of our main brrrr / fix/flip lending markets. I'd be happy to connect!
I have been following this thread since it was created and thought I would introduce myself. You will have to forgive me, I am having the hardest time setting up my profile! My business partner just moved to the Chattanooga area, north of Lafayette, as a contractor. We are looking to invest in the area through buy and holds and some flips. We are newbies but it sounds like a great community of investors here!
