Local REIAs near NorCal / Sacramento?

I’m currently looking for local REIAs to attend to learn and know other investors and grow my network in the area. I live around the Sacramento region in California however if I’m not mistaken the closest REIAs are down at L.A. which is a good 7 to 8 hr drive...

Does any one know by chance if there are any here in Nor Cal? 🏘

Also, I don’t have real estate experience, I’ve listened to podcast, read books, watched videos, do you need lots of experience to attend? I think it’s time for me to start networking, Thanks! 🙌🏡
