Out of State Investor looking for Realtor recommendations

Looking for realtor with experience investing on their own.  I’m looking for single-family homes with three bedrooms and at least one and a half bathrooms. My goal is to buy them with conventional financing, repair them to be ready and hire a property manager to rent them out.

Hi Laura! I am a REALTOR in the Tampa area, I don't currently invest, however, my Real Estate Broker does. He and his wife have quite a few rental properties across the entire area. They also flip homes. LMK if you want me to put you in contact with them. They are fantastic!

Also, if you need financing for any of those properties, I can help with that part.

    @Laura Hildreth If you're looking for an investor agent I would recommend using the "Find an Agent" tool at the top of BP. It will allow you to select an area that you are interested in and will show you different agents in that area along with their BP account.

    By the looks of the location on the post, you're interested in Tampa, Fl, but if that isn't the case I am an investor agent in the Houston, Dallas, and Austin, Tx markets. Feel free to take a look at my bio and message me if you feel I would be the best fit for you.
