Text blast marketing
How do you pros feel about marketing by mass texts? Pros? Cons? What's the best program/app/phone line do you like best? I'm looking for something easy to use that will double as my work line and that isn't crazy expensive. TIA!

I get about a dozen of these each week for properties I haven't owned in years.
I always text them back and tell them I am interested in selling. I ask them to call me back but only use the same phone number because I get so many calls I won't answer unless it is from that phone. Then I block that number.
If they stop wasting my time, I'll stop wasting their money.

That is funny, Greg. I once got a call from a sales person, and said the the owner died, but that I could talk to him psychically. Eventually, I felt stupid and hung up.

Batchleads is decent
Invelo is decent so far… not sure they have texting yet
text blasts are better if humanized

Hey Nate! I'm glad to hear that you are giving Invelo a try and I would like to make sure you find great success with the tool. Please feel free to ask any questions!
Invelo is currently working on a direct API connection with CallRail and CallTools to allow for tele-communication. This integration will be available in 2023 and we will announce it's release when we get a bit closer to project completion.

Here, let me provide you a real world users opinion . I've been using SMS Mass Text Blasting systems for over 9 yrs.
REIReplay - sucks and their customer service is even worse
BatchLeads - all hype pimped out by Affiliates. System sucks and their customer service sucks. They do have some good carrier compliant text messages but they won't share them with you. Either in general, in public format (websites/youtube/blogs/podcasts) or even once you buy their system.
NOTE: If you're looking for carrier compliant message templates Batchleads has some good ones that they try hard not to put out on youtube but in showing them, letting you get a peek, they inadvertently do. Just freeze the youtube video, take a screen shot of them, and you'll have a good 4 - 5 to build on. You want to build up to 13 - 14 carrier compliant messages. In having to give you a peek into the messages they use they give you the gist of what a carrier compliant message should be and as you use them on whatever platform you use you'll refine them to make them deliverable. Mine ar generally 92% - 95% deliverable with minimal flagging by phone carriers.
REISimple - SimplySucks
LeadSherpa - Very Good but pricey.
SlyText - Good but has some glitches in their system that at times shuts down your Mass Text Blasting operation for a day or day 1/2. Their RVM System, SlyBroadcast, is actually quite good. RVM's are generally good and if you can find a service cheaper than SlyBroadcast use it. It will get you deals.
GMail Texting - Too slow. One batch of 1000 texts could take you 8 - 10 hours (maybe).
Relatively Free Samsung Mass Texting App - Used it for 6 1/2 yrs paying $9.99 per yr for the app. Very inexpensive but in the last yr and 1/2 or so the carriers will flag you and shut down your phone. And you have to use a real phone (android). You can't use an online phone. Got plenty of deals with it. Made a good living using this Free99Free app.
Lauch Control - Just started using it in the last week and 1/2. The jury is still out. But their customer service is excellent. Took me 2 days to get 10DLC approved which is fast. Their platform is good and their template training is good.
Smarter Contact - by far the WORSE. Boarding on a scam. Get it at your own risk. Also, should you get it and use their recommended message templates you'll be shut down by the phone carriers every 2 -3 days. Their recommended message templates ARE NOT phone carrier compliant...
And their initial 7 days for free/trial period is total ********...because they can't get you 10DLC approved in less then 7 days in order to use the platform. You have to join/buy the system if you want to continue waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting till they finally, if ever, get you 10DLC approved.
In their 7 day period as part of their scam they don't have a notification process to tell you your 7 days are up so at 7 days they automatically enroll you whether you liked the system or not or whether you've been 10DLC approved or not and whether you're using the system (you won't be) and start billing you.
And Smarter Contact's customer service with their "my dog ate my homework" excuses of why you aren't 10DLC approved, why you can't use their system is even worse.
