I'm highly interested in investing in Detroit, Michigan and looking into turnkey. Can anyone recommend any turnkey rei or comment on Pioneer Homes?

    I am actually pretty surprised we don't have any major Detroit turnkey representation here on BP. All the other major turnkey markets like Memphis, Cleveland & Indy have tons of turnkey providers on the site.

    Detroit seems like it'd have equal representation. Where are you at Detroit?

    I've got a great high end rehabbed in historic Jefferson Chalmers near the canals. Comes with a huge sidelot too (643 Manistique). Check out 651 Manistique St., Detroit
