Does Anyone Solicit Using Obituary Notices? How To Find Properties That Are Inherited Or May Be?

Does anyone solicit using obituary notices? Isn't that kind of "tacky" so to speak? How do investors get leads on properties that may be inherited or possibly disposed of when someone passes away? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

How about a license plate frame that reads, "I buy houses 1(800) XXX XXX"

Put it on cars that others would be following...

Riddle: Now, what car would other's be following soon after the property owner dies?
