Tenant wants to mount a TV in every bedroom

Just had a debate with my team about mounting TV's on bedroom walls. As far as I cam concerned TV's are sold with a stand. Has this become a thing now that people are expecting to mount a TV in every bedroom? And for good measure aslo a little one in the mathroom. We charge people at move out for screw holes in the walls, TV mounts are no exception! I can't believe I am the only one who thinks like this?

"And for good measure aslo a little one in the mathroom."

I wouldn't want a tv in my mathroom to distract me from pushing out all those derivatives but to each their own.
