Exterior painting advice. Is this reasonable?

Hi everyone,

I'm a long time owner of an investment property in Winter garden Florida. The house is relatively old built in 2006. The HOA for this neighborhood is quite strict and at times I feel they are too intrusive. In 2018, the HOA issued a violation and informed us, we need to repaint the entire exterior of the house. It was 12 years old, it was very expensive, but We complied. It's now 6 to 7 years later, and they are demanding that we repaint the entire exterior of the house again. They send one very unclear picture on the violation so we sent our property manager to take a look at it with his painter. Honesty, the pictures did not look that bad. There were a few areas where there is rust, but I don't think the entire exterior of the house needs to be repainted. The quotes were getting are 11-14,000!!!

On top of that, we are currently in the process of replacing our roof which is already costing us a ton of money. I can't afford to really repaint the exterior of house right now, but it also seems that it's an unreasonable demand on the part of our HOA.

any insight or thoughts would be helpful.  I’ve attached some pictures, does this seem reasonable?

Quote from @Matthew Rolf:

@Murtuza Khoja I live just 10 mins north of downtown Winter Garden.  We had someone power wash, fill cracks, and paint the whole house for $4000 (4200sqft)...did a great job!  He did give us a good deal since he lived in our neighborhood.

Also, we needed a new roof (quoted at 25-27k from multiple roofing companies).  I pulled the permit myself and am hiring a roofing crew myself, 12k total.

My painter is Eric - 407-556-5071

Hey Matthew thank you so much! Much appreciated.
