Out of State Owners/Property Management in Georgia

I heard there is a new law in GA that affects out of state investors. 

In a nutshell: As of 06/2025 out of state investors cannot manage their own property and have to use a licensed broker to manage the property. 

I am out of state and currently manage my own property. 

How true is this?
