Radon levels are high

Ramsey Doumani
Posted

After my inspection for a condo, radon levels were high. I asked the seller to fix the radon

They fixed the Radon issue with a mitigation system. They retested the radon levels and they were as low as 0.9. This is a very safe radon level. Now does the price of a property drops after having a mitigation system? In other words does the mitigation system devalue a property for resale in the future?
