Tenant Requests Fiancé and Child Move In

My tenant just told me that he wants his fiance and their one year old child to move in with him in a few weeks. This is a grade C property. I'm not about to keep a family apart but I just want to know what all I should consider before granting this request. I don't think I want to put her on the lease right away in case it doesn't last long but I'd love some advice here on how best to approach this. Thanks!

    @Forrest Holden

    I'd hire a PM and let them handle these types of requests in accordance with SOPs

    and

    no one living in a property should not be on the lease

    hope this helps
