RentRedi Unsecured Platform
I managed my rentals using RentRedi. Everything was smooth for a while, then I found out that they did not have 2-Factor Authentication enabled. A hacker was able to log into my account and change the bank info for payouts to their own account, all without sending me a notification. I lost over $20,000.
RentRedi has denied responsibility and is refusing to reimburse me. Has anyone else had this experience? Seeking suggestions for a more secure rental management platform.
