Questions on ROP inspections in Albany, NY
I have two ROP inspections coming up next month, but I will not be here due to recovering from spinal surgery. I am not going to be able to meet the inspectors at the buildings because I really cannot walk up and down stairs. I reached out to Code & Compliance, and they said I need inspections for both properties within 60 days.
Would anyone know if a company or person who can meet the inspector? I know this is a strange ask, but I didn't expect to go into surgery and have issues walking with my spine.
Open to any options that people may have. Happy to pay for a service, but I am not sure if there is one that just handles ROP inspections. I've done them myself for the past 15 years. Just bad timing I guess.
