Vekser property management experience
Hello everyone,
Has anyone used Vekser for property management?
I spoke to them over phone today. They provide comprehensive PM services nationwide for short/long term rentals including property turnover, tenant placement and ongoing PM for only $50/month.
No additional fees for property turnover/tenant placement. Property owner involvement seems to be very minimal.
Has anyone used them for PM? Can you please share your experience and feedback?

@Pratik Patel - here's what $50 does not get you - trust.
I trust my property managers to do what is right for my property AND the tenants. I trust they will call me if something goes sideways (because things always go sideways over time). I trust they are looking out for my best business and liability interests (and their own of course). They have earned that trust over the years I have been doing REI. That trust is worth WAY more than saving a few dollars every month.
