Hey everyone my name is Chase I’m 26 years old and live in Edmonton Alberta. I’m looking to connect with some local investors and if possible some wholesalers. Looking to buy my first property in the next few months.
Hello Chase my name is Eric I'm an investor currently living in fort McMurray but bought my first rental triplex last year in Edmonton and in process of another up here. Not much help in the wholesale department for you but realtors and mortgage brokers I could for sure give some suggestions. Good luck with your first purchase !

@Chase Novotny Check out the Edmonton Real Estate Investors Association. They meet in person and on zoom now. There is a networking opportunity during the calls. You should be able to find them on meetip.com. Also check out REIN. They have a wholesaling section. Good luck.
@Chase Novotny As Huong Luu suggested the EREIA is a great place to connect. What are your specific goals moving forward? Would look forward to chatting.
