Closing on three properties with Rent to Retirement
Just closed on the 1st of 3 properties with Rent to Retirement this week. Will be closing the other 2 in a few more weeks. I worked with Matthew Seyoum from @Zach Lemaster's team at RTR. Matthew was awesome to work with guiding me through the process as a 1st time investor. The 1st property already had a tenant in place at closing and is cash flowing. If you are very green at real estate investing like myself and need someone to provide guidance along the way, RTR is the way to go. I look forward to purchasing additional properties with them down the road.

Nice brother. I've been working with Zach and the Rent To Retirement team for about a year now and I've been very impressed with how they run their operation. I do have one question that's been keeping me up at night tho, who do you think would win in an arm wrestling match? @Zach Lemaster or @Chris Clothier ?
