Does anybody know anything about Pinnacle Development Partners, LLC? I saw their ad in Newsweek and the return they promise investors for buying Atlanta foreclosures sounds too good to be true.

I could smile just a little for now and still face some sleep problem. I think we almost there.
I just spoke to one of my friend J.K. from Northern IL; he told me that he has 4 accounts with them. One of his account (due 9/26) is over due almost 10 days. He asked Pinnacle but they told him the same thing "No date available when the check will be sent".
now that its the end of the day thursday & not even one person was paid this week Im starting loose hope.. Pinnacle has said to many of us that were getting paid/processing/ bla-bla-bla.. yet actions speak louder than words.. we've only heard words this week & have seen no action..
trying to keep positive but just very hard when no money has been seen.
People her are at risk of loosing hundreds and thousands of dollars. It is no laughing matter.
On a lighter note, checks were sent out yesterday to some people who were due last week. This is confirmed.
I invested w/ them on 8/30 so my check *should be* returning on 11/30.
So far I have not received any letters, notifications, phone calls or any other type of information from them.
I gathered the following information from WHOIS at www.netsol.com. I see a personal Yahoo email for Mr. O'neal on this post as well as a personal phone number?

been sitting on the sidelines reading this about 2 weeks now--i have probably been in the longest(8/05) and have just broken even before all this hit the fan-
folks, i hate tosay it, but we've been beat
im sure 90% of us are hard working folks just trying to feed our families and pay the mortgage--not really the "accredited" investor types--(which they were supposed to verify BEFORE accepting our money)
the really wealthy wouldnt need to try and get 25% in 60days---
we are the honest ones, who put our trust in people to try and get ahead--and now we rolled the dice and lost(so far)---what we did was NOT investing,,it was gambling---and now our hard earned money is not coming back to us---i GUARANTEE that anyone who says they were paid after the 25th (i was due the 26th) is not being forthright---and at this point, HONESTLY, are you really interested anymore in their new venture? if you are, then,,,,,,,,,--
folks, please step out of the box and read the posts again---the last 2 pages are about 'tracking codes'? c'mon--this is a company that used to fedex me packages with 1 piece of paper in them!!
forget it--NO MORE---the sad part is that all the people youve spoken to on the phone probably dont even KNOW what is going on--they are just taking orders(ive sent 1 email and it was answered by T. HENSON--very vaguely that my return would be returned but she had NO IDEA when)--these people have "STOLEN" our money at this point
to conclude, under the advice of my attorney, i have begun contact with the Ga. state attorney general office, and THEY will handle it from here--
we are getting no where here anymore and at this point, those people are insulting my intelligence---i suggest you ALL reach out to any of the agencies listed on this blog and get the ball rolling---we have been nothing but patient----it almost sounds like WE are the ones afraid--no Mr. Hendree and Mr. Oneal,,,if you are reading this,(and still in the country) you must now answer to the legal entities placed in charge of protecting honest, hard working people like those who believed in you and took a chance with you-----and if youre worried about the costs involved with mailings at this point,, come up here to the Bronx(NY) and deliver all the checks---i will personally pay for your flight and put you up in a great hotel,,and i will personally meet with someone in every state represented and deliver the checks to your investors, all at MY expense!!

we are in a tough situtaion here. i have been talking to some friends that have invested and our combined resources say we need to wait to send in the officials. our information is coming from ex fbi and lawyers. if we start calling in the agencies they could in turn cease all assets, thus locking up our money. we know that a couple of people on this site have tracking numbers. waiting a few more days will not hurt us but going in too early can cause a lot of people that might get money to never see their money. there is nothing wrong with getting ready by talking to your lawyers and if you want, email remy with your information. he is compiling a list of investors and due dates. one more note, one of my partners invested in a ponzi 8 years ago in miami and is still today dealing with lawyers. i think waiting one week will not hurt anybody.

does anyone own a business how far out do you let people pay? what about credit cards when do you pay when you receive bill or do you waight a few days? PENNACLE hads not paid since the 26th of sept. we do have confirmation that some checks have went out lets see in a couple of days who gets their checks. PENNACLE 2 years never late one article creats panic now flooded with phone calls in the middle of changing their business to a consulting group many want to call in the calvery. wrong idea!!!

Good post. You are 100% right. Pinnacle did appear to be going through growing pains. Gene appeared to have a good idea with poor logistical planning. Look at how things progressed. 30 day return to 60 days. 30 days was way too short. No GA tax, that should have been done from the begining dealing with out of state residents. They didn't collect ss#'s at first now they do.
This could all just be lack of experience on a large scale. Keep in mind, his expertise was fliping single family houses....
Development and multi units is a whole different animal. Then, putting it into such a large scale changes the dynamics totally.

On second thought , I seem to understand and agree on bobke, kevin and bigman's posts.
Since there were confirmation of payments being sent out , we could wait a few more days before we do a more drastic action. It could have been worse if all funds and assets were locked up by government entities. It just does not make sense for Pinnacle to continue its operation (not the investment part) if theydo not have any slightest plan to make any payment. It's just a gut feeling that they must be trying hard to have all funds available to meet the demands of all the investors.. I might be wrong on this, but I think it will be for the best advantage of all if we could just hold on for a few more days.
We can start talking to our lawyers to get the best legal advice for the interim. After this week, depending on the outcome of their alleged mailing of payments, then we decide. Let's be calm for now.
I also invested with Pinnacle. I invested $12,000 on 07/20. On 09/12 they called me to ask what to do with my $3,000 return due to me on 09/18. Not aware of this scandal I told them to roll it over. So I guess I am gonna have to wait till 11/16 to see if I get any of my money back. I'm a nervous wreck and will be until then. Seeing how know one has been paid since late September I have every reason to be worried.
